We like the software because it is simple to use, allows flexibility on whether to automatically backup or the data or do it on a scheduled basis, works on Mac and PC, can handle Microsoft Exchange, Outlook PSTs, and Microsoft SQL, all with impeccable security and reliability. We monitor the backups each business day to make sure that they are working properly and open up service tickets with our technicians if we find any problems.
Pricing for the online backup service is very easy. The cost is $6.95 for each server, $3.95 for each workstation, and then just .50 a GB. For example if you are backing up one server and two computers with a total or 30GB of data the cost each month would be $29.85.
Getting started with our service is very easy. Just tell your technician that you want to start backing up your servers online and we will get the software installed on your computers and work with you on selecting what data to backup.
