You will get a computer back that is free from rootkits, viruses, malware, and spyware. We will update and patch Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Flash for Internet Explorer and Mozilla based browsers, Update to latest Java, remove old runtime versions, clear java cache, update Apple Quicktime. We will setup all of these programs if available to auto update themselves. We will clean out temporary files, temporary internet files, and cookies.

Although he has always officially been an outside consultant, we have long considered Rob (and in more recent years his growing team) as a key part of our IT department. He is knowledgeable, honest, responsible, and fun to talk to.

If we are just removing a virus we will have it back to you typically within 24 hours and sometimes the same day. If we cannot remove the virus and have to reinstall Windows then expect it to take a day longer. We have a success rate of over 95% for virus removal so I don't expect this to be the case.

In the case of desktops just bring the computer tower. For laptops be sure to remember to bring the power cord. For both be sure to bring any Windows operating system disks, Microsoft Office Software, and other software that we might need if we have to reinstall.
